Failure is simple: it's messing up. All though it is discouraging, it's important to remember that can help you grow.

Sleeping is when your body rests and rejuvenates for the night.
Why?
I'm someone that really likes to sleep, but can't sleep very well. This unit helped me to improve my sleeping quality, so I really liked it.
Tips:
1. Avoid caffeine at least 5 hours before bed
2. The room should be quiet, though white noise is allowed
