We have worked really hard during our handwriting lessons.

We have learnt all about "The Eatwell Plate". We tasted different kinds of fruit and made fruit kebabs with our favourite fruits.

We have been learning all about the history of the Olympic Games. We looked at both the Ancient and Modern Games. We looked at some of the athletes who were representing Team GB in Tokyo this year and took inspiration from them during our Sports Day.

During our topic "We are on Safari" we made masks to wear on Africa day.  We looked at different African mask designs and used them to create our very own masks using a variety of different media.

Stars pattern

We enjoyed looking at the work of  Edward Tingatinga . We talked about what we noticed about the artwork and the use of bright, bold, eye catching colours. We used oil pastels to create our own pieces of work.

Pink polka dot pattern

We have really enjoyed reading the story of "Goldilocks and Just 1 bear". The story has some familiar characters who we think might have met before!
