Monday
We started the day off by doing a food market at the school, where we offered Icelandic candy and Flatkökur at our booth. The other countries also offered some of their national foods and we all ate and got to know each other better. It was very relaxing and fun.
In the afternoon we headed to the train station to catch a train to Augsburg. There we went downtown and got a guided tour about Augsburg’s water history. It was very informational but quite tiring as it was just a few hours earlier that we had been running through airports and train stations with heavy traffic and our luggage rolling behind us.
