Green geometrical pattern

First the students watched some videos about recyling, waste management and zero waste. There is a new project in Turkey called ZERO WASTE BLUE (Sıfır Atık Mavi). They have had some information about it. Next, we discussed how to solve these problems in Turkey and how to start to move. Then they drew some logos and posters for our project. Finally we prepared our panel.

The library in Lithuania, Vilnius "Žiburio" Primary School - the main workplace for the project tasks. The 4th Grade students are learning to be eco-friendly. After the teacher Renata and the student Eimantas presented ‘15 Life on Land‘ Sustainable Development Goal we disussed what environmental issuses our country is facing now, what it is like to live in a very big city like our capital city Vilnius - a lot of people, traffic jams, litter, polluted air, cutting out trees. As a hometask the students made their first posters inviting to take care of nature.

15th SDG We watched the video in English then I translated the main points of view into Czech. After that we talked about our planet and nature and we agreed that our important mission is to protect the Earth and help it to be healthy so we can live there now and also in future. During the discussion we also thought about the particular help from us as a pupils. In the end we agreed that we can help our Earth using recyclation because there is to much trash in the world.

Integrated English and Science lesson. Students learnt about 15th SDG Life on Land. Now students know more how to save the forest, what to do that our life in future will be happier. They watched videos, answered th questions and discussed about protection of&nbsp;Nature. They were surprised of Forest speech on Ted-ed. Students watched videos about SDGs and talked about life on land, how to help the earth to be saved.

4b students also participate in programme ”Farmed in the EU“. The lecturer from this programme was at school on 12th November and explained the program to increase participants' knowledge of the aquaculture. Students have got two lessons and they were familiarized about what fish is grown in the aquacultural farms and what specialists are working here. The most interesting activities were with games. Students could learn about kinds of fish by playing games, they were fishing and playing with the colourful puzzles. In the end students gave feedback by playing game “Myth or really?”
