A neuron is a cell that talks with via connections. It is the main part of nerve tissue in every animal.

They can change over maturation and change mostly during adolescence in a person's life. They also change if you get a brain injury.

We know this because of the number of studies that have gone into researching neurons and all the scientific studies.

What are some ways to make your brain grow?
Sleep. Sleep is important for our body to regain the energy we lost during the day. A lack of sleep can cause hallucinations, grogginess, and can even be fatal.
Get out of your comfort zone! Wear that one outfit, talk to that one boy/girl, be confident in yourself!
Exercise, workout for 30 minutes a day, maybe even an hour! Do not push your body too hard.
