Dr Kunjal Sinha (Director,Continuing Education Programs,Parul University) took the first session on Continuing education Program Continuing education is an all-encompassing term within a broad list of post-secondary learning activities and programs. New Education Policy was discussed Different Multidisciplinary courses were discussed. Credit Score system was discussed.

Second session was taken by Dr Jyotsna Amin (Deputy Director,Centre for Human Resources Development) about Planning of Instruction. Teaching Goals were discussed. pre-requisite goals of being in Academics were being discussed. Goal of Teaching a particular subject and its outcome.

Dr Preeti Nair (Head,International relations Cell) conducted the session on various activities done under the banner of IRC and opportunities for students as well as Faculty. International Relations Cell is responsible for administering and falilitating international academic service-engagement at Parul University.Various programs such as Study Abroad,student exchange Program,semester exchange program, URASMUS scholarship,Training students for competitive exams like SAT, GMAT, TOFEL etc were discussed.

Prof. Harshal Shah- Manager of Tinkering Hub took the session about the goals and mission of Tinkering Hub that is to tinker and nurture the future technology technocrates in Thrust areas and to develop technical skills of students on demanding cutting edge thrust areas technologies.Tinkering process involves Sensitizing-Training-Interning-Training-Challenging. various Online Teaching platform such as Classroomscreen, NoteApp were discussed.

Santosh Nair - Sr Director- Training , Placement &amp; Career Development Cell, Parul University took session on Career Development Cell at Parul University. Different Placement Schemes were being discussed. Different Opportunities for placement were being discussed.

Dr Pallavi Khedkar- Academics Director at Parul University took the session on A to Z Files. Each categories were explained from A to Z. For Example in the folder A- Teaching Scheme is uploaded,in folder B- Syllabus for Subject is uploaded and so on. Every teaching Material is sorted folder wise and can be used for quick reference.

Dr. Falguni Acharya (Director, IQAC University Nodal officer) took the session on IQAC department. Accreditation and Rankings were being discussed such as NAAC: National Assessment and Accreditation Council, NIRF : National Institutional Ranking Framework, GSIRF: Gujarat State Institutional Rating Framework,ARIIA: Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements,Digital Learning Ranking, Outlook ICARE Ranking. Quality Indicator Framework was discussed

CENTRE OF RESEARCH FOR DEVELOPMENT (CR4D)

Dr Vijay Upadhye- Deputy Director, Centre of Research for Development (CR4D), Parul University took session on Research and Development. Steps of Reseach, how to write a thesis, importance of Publishing Journals and Publications etc was discussed in the session. Plagarism and how to avoid it.Writing Grant etc

Dr Chhaya Iyer (Deputy Director,Centre for Human Resources Development) took the session on know your learners. Learning Styles were discussed. 3 Types of Learners- a) Auditory Learner b) Kinesthetic Learner c) Visual Learner Different learning Styles of Students were discussed such as Visual Spatial,Bodily Kinesthetic, Musical, Linguistic, Logical Mathematical, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal ,naturalistic.

Dr Dhavalben Bhatt- Chief Librarian, Dean of Parul Institute of Library and Information Sciences took the session on knowing the Library and services. There are currently 17 running Libraries available.Different links for study/reference resources were discussed such as Knimbus,OPAC and WEBOPAC,Inflipbnett, mlibrary app etc
