After hours upon hours of learning, tortoise suggested that him and all his friends should play hide and seek again. Leopard was seeking. All the other animals went and hid. After all those lessons that tortoise had had, his hiding spot was the best. He hid under a pile of leaves and tried to go into his shell. He tried and tried to go into his shell but it was no good. But he kept tying. Until all of a sudden… HE WAS IN HIS SHELL!!&nbsp; "ready or not here I come!” shouted Leopard.

The tortoise who knew how to hide tried talking to tortoise but he was to busy crying then to listen. That was until his friend mentioned teaching him how to hide. He wiped he tears off his face and started listening.&nbsp; "my recommendation is to hide in and behind bushed and also hide in your shell” said the tortoise who knew how to hide. "but I don’t know how to hide in my shell” moaned tortoise. “ill teach you!” said tortoise’s friend.

With that being said, Leopard scanned the rainforest and sniffed around everywhere. All of a sudden, she came across a familiar smell. Leopard turned around and there he was. Tortoise was stood there with a sad look on his face. “found you! Found you!” Leopard laughed. Tortoise walked of and sat on a rock while Leopard continued to look for the others.

As sunset rose and Monday arrived, tortoise was playing hide and seek with his friends Leopard, Chameleon and his other friend who was also a tortoise. It was Leopards turn to count. All the other animals scurried of and went to hide. The tortoise who knew how to hide, hid under some branches that had fallen off the trees above her. She also went into her shell to camouflage more. Chameleon went and hid high up in a tree. But tortoise on the other hand hid behind a bush right opposite where Leopard was counting.&nbsp; “ready or not here I come!” shouted Leopard knowing that she was going to find tortoise first.

Leopard found all the other animals one by one but as soon as she thought she had found everyone she remembered something. She hadn’t found tortoise? Her face dropped when she realised what that meant. Tortoise had won the game! So, to this day forward, tortoise has been the best at hiding out of all that animals that live today.

When that game was over, all four of the animals played another round of hide and seek. This time it was Chameleon’s turn to count and again all the animals went to hide. Leopard hid in a puddle of mud and the tortoise who knew how to hide hid inside a bush and went into her shell. But tortoise – who didn’t know how to hide – put his hands over his eyes and thought because he can’t see Leopard she won’t be able to see him. “ready or not here I come!” shouted Chameleon. After a while of searching, tortoise got found first again. He ran of and cried and pleaded for one of his friends to teach him how to hide.&nbsp;

When the world was formed and new, all animals – who lived in the rainforest – would all love to play hide and seek. However, there was one very unlucky animal. The tortoise. He loved playing hide and seek but he had always had one problem. Tortoise has never been good at playing hide and seek due to his lack of hiding skills. he didn’t know how to camouflage or blend in but what’s even worse was that he didn’t know how to hide in his shell! No one had ever taught him any of those things which made him very upset.
