Arctic foxes. Have tiny ears. And short snouts. To keep it from being cold.
Arctic foxes are mammals. They have small bodies. Thick fur keeps them warm in their habitat. Arctic foxes can grow up to 18 to 27 inches. Their tails are big and fluffy! They can wrap their tails around themselves to keep warm.
Arctic fox will have brown for in the summer. And white fur in the winter.
Habitat.
Arctic foxes live near the North Pole. The North Pole is found in North America.Arctic foxes dig dens in the snow.Arctic foxes leave foot prints in the snow so other arctic foxes can find their dens. Their white fur helps them hide from prediters. They can be found roaming the tundra. Their habitat is cold and windy.
Food
Arctic foxes eat mice and birds and other small things. They also follow the Bears to get their leftovers.
Arctic foxes made in early spring. Females give birth about 50 days later.
They have 4 to 11 kits.
