We have been busy making sure they get lots of water.

The Greatest potato competition. We went shopping for potatoes. We picked them and paid for them!

We weighed them to find out which one was the heaviest.

Duckling week Mrs Harvey explained to us about all the different things our ducklings need. We learned about how to care for them

We created crowns and drew portraits of the King

Eurovision 2023 We chose the song by Bucks Fizz- Making your mind up. We performed it in the hall with our Reception friends

We watched the Reception classes perform their songs. They were amazing

We shared the story, Walking through the jungle

We all came together as a school to make the Union flag. Nursery and Reception wore red coloured t shirts. Year one and two wore white and blue. We all had to sit in special places. Mr Houghton then climbed on to the school roof to take a photograph of us.

In our Nursery garden we used our vegetables to make our own fruit and veg shop. We had lots of fun shopping and using real money to put in the till.

We played different roles in the shop. Sometimes we were the shopkeeper then we were the customer.

We used red, white and blue and made our crowns glittery and sparkly... We used a selection of resources- our favourite was glitter

We used different sized paintbrushes and mixed the paint to be just the same colour as Supertato

After retelling the story of Supertato we found other Superhero veg- Watch out for the Evil Pea...

We weighed the vegetables in our shop and talked about how they would grow

We moved in the same way as the animals would move.

We celebrated the King's Coronation in Nursery. We had crown shaped sandwiches and had cakes too

We watched how the ducklings moved. We observed how much they have grown. We noticed that heir feet were not like ours.

We weighed the potatoes. The heavy potatoes go down to the bottom

We created a Superhero training obstacle course to keep the Super Veggies fit...
