Who Was Albert Einstein? by Jess Brallier

I read the book, Who Was Albert Einstein? It's about the life and work of the famous scientist, Albert Einstein. He was born in Ulm, Germany, and he was very shy. He was actually expelled from high school but then went on to college and even discovered the Theory of Relativity. He was very smart and became a professor at Princeton University.

I would recommend this book to my friends, especially if you like science and history. Albert Einstein did many great things. He is exciting to read about!

A Giraffe and a Half by Shel Silverstein

The main characters in this book are the giraffe, a rat, a skunk, a snake, a whale, a dragon, and a boy. The giraffe gets into all these situations. This book is funny because you can read it fast and slow, and the giraffe gets into a lot of funny situations.

Greg is the main character, and Rodrick is Greg's big brother. Manny is Greg's little brother. They go on a wild adventure with their family when they go camping. They see bears!

This book is funny, and it shows how Greg's life is. There is more than one book in the series, so get reading!

The main characters in this book are Jack and Annie. They are trying to save Merlin and Morgan, and they go on a mission with a wizard.

You should read this book because it's interesting, adventurous, funny, and it has a lot of cliffhangers.

The Swallow: a Ghost Story by Chris Cotter

This book is about two girls Polly and Rose. One is normal, and one can see ghosts. They experience a lot of paranormal activity of a ghost called "the door jumper." Then, they find out that the door jumper is one of the girl's aunts.

I recommend this book because it switches perspective from the two girls in every chapter, and sometimes, there is a poem.

Dogman: For Whom the Ball Rolls by Dav Pilkey

The main characters are Dogman, Sarah, and Chief Zuzu. There's an evil villain named Dr. Scum. He's a high-tech thief. Dr. Scum makes burgle balls, which are robots that eat things in stores.

I recommend this book because it's funny. Dogman is a police dog that gets distracted by the balls, so the thieves escape.

A Brown Puppy and a Falling Star by Elizabeth Ross

The main characters are the brown puppy and Peter. The brown puppy wishes on a falling star and meets a boy named Peter. I think this book is interesting because the puppy wanted an owner. He followed the star and then found a boy named Peter.

This was a happy book because the brown puppy meets friends on the way to follow the star. I recommend this book to others because it is very encouraging.

The main characters in this book are Mei and Rip. They are gamers and they just went into the most realistic game ever. They figure out that their bully Angela is in the game with them.

Mei and Rip try to survive with three hearts in a video game until they beat the game. They build and gather materials to fight goblins, flame tigers, fire lizards, and massive spiders!

Jack and Annie have recently become master librarians. Their assignment is to find the lost story of Heracles in Pompei. But when a disaster happens, who will save Jack and Annie?

I would recommend this book because Jack and Annie are two of my favorite characters. The book is very exciting, and I like hearing the story of Pompei.

Middle School, the Worst Year of My Life by James Patterson

There's a kid named Rafe who's going to school. In most schools, the teachers are nice. But in this book, all of the teachers are fearsome and crazy! The school has a lot of rules and Rafe wants to break all of them!

This book is very funny, exciting, and it could be a little scary. (That depends on what you call scary). I hope you enjoy this book.

Wonderstruck by Brian Selznick

In Wonderstruck, about 75% of the pages are pictures. The main characters are Rose and Ben, and they both tell their stories. Ben is struck by lightning and is deaf. He adventures everywhere and is guided by someone somewhere. But, I am not telling you anymore! If you want to know what happens, read it! It is my favorite book, and I recommend reading it

The main character is Katie Kazoo. She has two friends named Susan and Jeremy. They get into fights often about Katie. This makes Katie want to be anyone but herself. This is an amazing book with an unexpected twist.

I recommend this book to anyone looking for a funny and exciting book to read. This book makes you want to keep on reading. The BEST part of the book is the unexpected twist. Don't worry, there is an entire series, and I know you will enjoy this book!

Barack Obama: Son of Promise, Child of Hope by Nikki Grimes

The interesting things in this book are how Barack Obama constantly reflected on memories and advice from and about his father. The message was to have hope and never give up. Also, it's interesting to learn how many places he lived in his life and how much shaped his thinking.

I would recommend this book because it is a great representation of how you should act.
