Are you a farmer need slaves? Maybe you are a lumber or a fisher, because in the southern colonies you could do it all here so come runnin in.

You grow crops? The soil is great you like warm summers and fishing. Because the southern colonies have all of that so come on down.

Do you want a great education? If so come to William and Mary. One of the best schools. 

Do you really want to live some other than the southern? We are safe from Spanish, we have the best soil. Would you want to live in the New England colonies where it is always cold? Southern is bigger than Middle and New England combined.
