Conditionals
What are conditionals in English grammar? Sometimes we call them 'if clauses'. They describe the result of something that might happen (in the present or future) or might have happened but didn't (in the past) . They are made using different English verb tenses.
There are four main kinds of conditionals:
The Zero Conditional:
(if + present simple, ... present simple)
If you heat water to 100 degrees, it boils.

The First Conditional:
(if + present simple, ... will + infinitive)

The Second Conditional:
(if + past simple, ... would + infinitive)

1.1. ZERO CONDITIONALS
The zero conditional is used to make statements about the real world, and often refers to general truths, such as scientific facts.
In these sentences, the time is now or always and the situation is real and possible.

How to Make Conditionals Type 0?
Each conditional clause has its own tense, the tense that Type 0 has is the Present Tense. Since this tense is always used when talking about our daily work, activities, general facts, orders, directions, scientific facts, and research, we can easily say that Type 0 also refers to these.

3.You get burned if you touch a fire.
