BANGERS AND MASH

Bangers and mash,also known as sausage and mash ,is a traditional food from Great Britain and Ireland, consisting of mashed potatoes served with sausages. It can consist of various flavored sausages made from pork, lamb, or beef. The dish is usually served with onion sauce,but may also contain fried onions and peas.

There is also a vegetarian-style sausage and puree, it can be considered a specimen from the pub group but you can also cook it at home, which means it is relatively quick and easy to make in large quantities.

Beef Wellington

Beef Wellington is a steak dish of English origin, made out of fillet steak coated with pâté and duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry, then baked. Some recipes include wrapping the coated meat in a crêpe or parma ham to retain the moisture and prevent it from making the pastry soggy.
