Spain is a country located in the south of Europe, on the Iberian Peninsula. It has borders with Portugal on the west and France on the north. Our history is ancient and incredible and the food is very famous around the world. Canary Island are a group of islands near to Africa. They are formed by 8 islands: La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and La Graciosa. They are volcanic islands whose landscape&nbsp;are amazing. Beaches, nature, volcanos, sand dunes and the Teide, the highest mountain in Spain are only certain things that you can find here. 5 THINGS YOU DIDN´T KNOW ABOUT TENERIFE 1.Tenerife has the 2nd and the 3rd biggest trees of all Spain; El Pino de las dos Pernadas , and Pino Gordo. 2. Agatha Christie(the famous writter) after her mother´s death and her divorce came to the island looking for calm and stayed in "Hotel Taoro" 3. There is a path that connects El Teide with a beach called Playa del Socorro, only 27 km apart. 4. Tenerife has the highest mountain in Spain and the 8th of Europe, wich is El Teide, being 3718m tall. 5. During the sunrise or the sunset the shadow of El Teide is visible in a huge part of the ocean

We got&nbsp; to know more of the greek history and their past overall, the experience was amazing. Hiking in the mountain In the morning we went to the mountain by bus and then we started our hike. In the middle of the gorge mountain we took a break to eat food and continued to hike. After the hike we went to the beach for a swim and then we had lunch. After lunch we had some traditional dances from different countries.

Workshop of handmade olive soap- Meinardas &nbsp;This experience on how to make soap was very interesting and pleasant. It was interesting to make the handmade soap and learn how its made. It was very fun and a bit messy but it was nice and lovely to smell. The ingredients of greek soap:&nbsp; extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil, essential oils of lavender,&nbsp;providing natural cleanliness, freshness and hydration care.

LA LAGUNA, UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE SINCE 1999 This city is considered a “unique example of an unwalled colonial city”. The original 15th century layout remains almost intact, just as it was depicted by Master Leonardo Torriani in his map of La Laguna. The city was also used as a template for the colonial cities founded in America, such as Old Havana, Lima and Cartagena, which is why their houses and streets looks so similar.◾

TEIDE NATIONAL PARK .................................... The park lies right in the middle of the Island, at an altitude of 2,000&nbsp;m (6,500&nbsp;ft) above sea level, topped by Spain's highest peak at 3,718&nbsp;m (12,198&nbsp;ft). These record-breaking figures add to the fact that it is the most visited national park in Europe, welcoming some three million visitors a year.

Parma is a beautiful city in the heart of “Pianura Padana”, situated in the north of Italy. Its population is made up of about 190,000 inhabitants. Parma is&nbsp;an ancient city (it was founded by Romans)&nbsp;and is rich in monuments:&nbsp;the Duomo (a medieval cathedral), the Pilotta Palace, the Baptisthery, the Farnese theatre and the National Gallery. Parma is famous all over the world&nbsp;for its Parmesan cheese, “prosciutto” (ham) di Parma and “tortelli”. Parma has a great tradition for classical music, in fact the world famous&nbsp;composer Giuseppe Verdi&nbsp;was born here.&nbsp;&nbsp;

In 1990 the Spigaroli brothers, descendants of the first tenants, decided to buy the property, starting a complex renovation, which lasted almost twenty years, allowing the complete recovery of all the rooms. Finally, in 2018 the lower floor of the building and the cellars became home to the culatello and masalén museum

THE RILA MONASTERY . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . There are two main routes available to, each taking approximately 2 hours. There are quite a few interesting stops along the way. The road leading up to the Monastery is filled with natural beauty. Among the interesting places, you can find the "Orlista" Nunnery, a winery, the Krasta Sactuary and much more.◾

NOVEMBER 2021 WAS THE TIME FOR OUR FIRST MOBILITY

During pandemic situation on 2020, all Erasmus mobilities were cancelled. However, we had the chance to travel to Bulgary on 2021 Bulgaria is a country in Southeast Europe situated in Balkans and it covers a territory 110 994 square kilometers whose capital is Sofia. Bulgaria is a country which exist from the late years of 7th century when the seminomadic tribe bulgars invaded the Balkans. There were several historic moments that were important for Bulgaria such as the developing of Cyrillic script or the first conquering of Byzantine ruler Basil II. Now Bulgaria is a Democratic Unitary Parliament Republic.◾

SUSTAINABILITY OF RILA MONASTERY

THE TRIP TO PLOVDIV How we got there? We traveled through&nbsp;"Trakiya highway" А1/E80 for like 2 hours and then we passed on "Veliko Konar" road How can we improve in order to create an inclusive city? 1.Streets are made of cobblestone, there could be special sidewalks for&nbsp;wheelchairs; 2.There could be more lifts in other popular places; 3. There&nbsp;should be railings near the wall and 4.There could be special routs for these type of people◾

Due to its mountainous terrain, the road to Rila Monastery, especially Saint Ivan's church is not designed to allow people with physical disabilities to reach it. There were no ramps or lifts found within the region of monastery. For example, an individual in a wheelchair would have no chance of reaching the Church of Saint Ivan and would have a very difficult time&nbsp;going through the cobblestone pavement of the Rila Monastery. In addition, there were no parking spaces to be found for disabled people. Adding easier access for the disabled in the shape of ramps, lifts and specialized parking spots would greatly improve the accessibility of the Monastery.◾

Cooperation between European Schools is one of the main objectives, at the same time as developing cultural identity and valuing different cultures, and the importance of sustainable / including tourism and entrepreneurship, where sharing, a spirit of collaboration, intensive use of new technologies and optimization of transversal and linguistic skills. It is intended to contribute to the sharing of good practices, namely in the area of Sustainable Tourism, protecting the region and being an International Eco-School. The network of partnerships established includes schools in Bulgaria, Spain, Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Portugal (Coordinator), with reciprocity between the objectives.

0.4 MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

The Project “For A Conscious and Inclusive Tourism in Europe” is part of a commitment made to young people and society, aiming to reinforce and expand initiatives, in terms of investment in the European Dimension, in line with the objectives of the Europe Strategy 2020, of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations and Sustainable Europe until 2030. The entire school community will be involved, and a group of 45 students in each school is expected to be directly integrated into the activities, with 20 students from each school, aged between 16 and 18, participating in the mobilities, being a significant part from disadvantaged socio-cultural / economic contexts, increasing motivation and social inclusion. The following activities stand out: analysis of the habits of tourists, identifying the impacts and ways of traveling that preserve the environment, and the evolution of tourism; field visits; workshops / research on environmental and cultural sustainability of tourism; conferences / workshops / visits with observation of the dynamics of hotels / agencies / municipalities, allowing them to later simulate their own business, developing the entrepreneurial spirit. 10 teachers from each school participate in the mobilities.◾

MOBILITY TO BULGARIA. We met each other for the first time on november 2021.

The milk placed in the cauldron, is heated to the correct temperature. The cheese is formed with the addition of a whey starter and rennet, two absolutely natural elements. Nothing else is added. Common table salt is used and this is the only element added to making the cheese.The form of cheese is then taken to the spectacular maturing stores where it will rest for up to 24 months.Half way through this period, at around 12 months, inspectors from the Consortium check the form: if it presents all the characteristics of suitability it will receive the firebrand mark

Every single step in the entire production cycle is handled with the utmost care, starting from the preparation of the soil, which is covered with grass and cultivated according to the criteria of sustainable agriculture, and from the trimming process, carried out with a system that respects the vegetative balance of the plant and allows the continuity of lymphatic flow, generating healthier and longer-lasting vines.The strictly manual harvest allows us to make a first selection of the bunches on the plant. After soft pressing using pneumatic presses, fermentation always takes place in stainless steel vats, always paying attention to constant temperature monitoring and oxidation control.

This vineyard has 5 years, it’s find in the small village of Cogozzo (Viadana); the only vineyard outside the province of Parma, which is placed at the center of the Cerioli family’s homeland.

White Wines: The hyper-reduction approach allows us to preserve all the varietal aromas of the starting grape variety. Only in this way the fresh, lively, fruity and floral notes that characterize the structure and typicity of these wines can be distinguished and enhanced. Red Wines: Terroir, elegance and aromas are what distinguish these red wines making them unique. Perfectly well balanced and with a strong character, but at the same time elegant and rich of gentle tannins that make them perfect for both traditional and non traditional specialties. Spumanti: A selection of our most refined and elegant wines, finding their highest expression within the Traditional Method, where the ageing “on the lees” provides complexity to the spumante, which becomes mouth filling and creamy, with a fine and persistent perlage.

Business Model Workshop 1. The first step towards successful business is forming a strong team. Students are randomly assigned to international teams to be able to work with colleagues from different backgrounds. Their first task is to get to know each other and identify every member’s strengths and value that they can bring to their business team. 2. Successful business ideas are those that solve actual problems faced by real consumers. To be able to capture the essence of the problem of conscious and inclusive tourism students need to dig deeper. They have to find out if the surface problem the real one or if there are more significant problems hiding behind it. To do that, every student team is preparing a problem map. 3. Only when a real problem is captured the business idea may be generated. Business idea generation is a subtle and consistent process. First, students need to work individually in order to pool as many potential solutions to the problem as possible. Then the most potential business ideas are discussed and the winning idea is chosen for further development. 4. In order for business idea to work, it needs to be sustainable. Thus, a thorough business model has to be prepared. Working in teams, students identify their business’s competitive distinction, potential target consumers, required partnerships, marketing channels, sources of income, etc. 5. To launch a business company needs a financial capital. Thus, students need to be able to present their business idea to potential investors. They need to be precise, constructive and communicate their message quickly. Students prepare oral presentations following a particular business pitch structure.

On the banks of the river Mondengo Coimbra is famous for its University, the oldest in Portugal and one of the oldest in Europe, which over time has shaped its image to become "the city of students".

One of the most important cities in Portugal,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.centerofportugal.com/destination/coimbra" style="color: rgb(246, 89, 54);">Coimbra</a>, beautifully embraced by the Mondego River, was once the capital of the Portuguese kingdom and continues to be a deeply fascinating city, owner of a glorious History, magnificent monuments and historical landmarks. The ancient&nbsp;<a href="https://www.centerofportugal.com/tour/unesco-world-heritage-tour-of-the-university-of-coimbra" style="color: rgb(246, 89, 54);">University of Coimbra</a>, classified as UNESCO World Heritage site, is a lighthouse of knowledge, as well as an enduring symbol of the Portuguese-speaking world. ◾

SOFIA HIDES A LOT OF TREASURES AND IMPORTANT CULTURAL SITES

1.St. Nedelya&nbsp;Cathedral. Completed in 1863, this magnificent domed church is one of the city’s major landmarks, and is noted for its rich, Byzantine-style murals. The church was targeted by communists on 16 April 1925 in a failed bomb attack aimed at assassinating Tsar Boris III. The&nbsp;tiles in&nbsp;front&nbsp;of the church&nbsp;should be renovated because they are really broken and wheelchairs&nbsp;can't pass. 2. St. Sofia Church. Sveta Sofia is one of the capital's oldest churches and gave the city its name. A subterranean&nbsp;museum&nbsp;houses an ancient necropolis, with 56 tombs and the remains of four other churches. Outside are the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and an eternal flame, and the grave of Ivan Vazov, Bulgaria's most revered writer. 3. St. Nikolai Russian Church. This beautiful church with glittering mosaic exterior and golden domes was completed in 1914 for Sofia’s Russian community, and named in honour of St Nikolai, the ‘miracle worker’. Students believe that the saint brings them luck, so they go there to pray prior to important exams. The cramped interior features icons painted between the 11th and 14th centuries. 4. Sofia History Museum.The history of Sofia is presented on two floors of the magnificent former Turkish Mineral Baths, just behind the mosque. Exhibitions are divided thematically over eight chambers, with the most interesting rooms dedicated to the Bulgarian royal families of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and the findings of recent archeological digs around town. The Mineral Baths – also known as the Turkish Baths – was completed in 1913.&nbsp; 5. Aleksander Nevski Cathedral. Our last stop is the Alexander Nevski Cathedral.&nbsp;One of&nbsp;the&nbsp;symbols not just of Sofia but of Bulgaria itself, this massive, awe-inspiring church was built between 1882 and 1912 in memory of the 200,000 Russian soldiers who died fighting for Bulgaria’s independence during the Russo-Turkish War (1877–78). It is named in honour of a 13th-century Russian warrior-prince. 6. President's Building. The Bulgarian president’s office isn't open to the public, but the&nbsp;changing of the guard&nbsp;ceremony&nbsp;is a spectacle not to be missed; for the full ceremony, replete with music, weapons and all manner of pomp, be there on the first Wednesday of the month at noon ◾
