Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
When it is melted, add the butter and mix well, stirring gently.
The heat of the chocolate will melt the butter.
Put the whole eggs and the yolk together with the sugar and vanillin in a bowl and beat them with an electric mixer until you get a white and frothy mixture. Continue beating and add the chocolate and butter to the egg mixture.
Finally, add the sifted flour and cocoa and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Grease the molds in the molds and cover them with cocoa powder.
Beat the molds well so that the excess cocoa goes away.
Pour the chocolate cake mixture up to three quarters (about a finger and a half from the edge) and cook in a preheated fan oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
Take the chocolate cakes out of the oven, wait two or three minutes, turn them upside down, sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve them still hot. With orange wedges and zest
