Pre-Session Orientation Week
By the end of the REGISTRATION WEEK, participants will have:
- watched a video to learn about the platform,
- read the session syllabus,
- filled in the needs assessment survey,
- completed their profile,
- choosen a screen recorder to create a video tutorial of the session layout.
By the end of WEEK 1,
participants will have:

- attended (the recording of) the weekly Zoom meeting,
- introduced themselves and added their
- taken a 3-2-1 activity to share their background, familiarity with AI and expectations from the session,
- choosen a screen recorder (Flip) to create a video showcasing the layout of the session,
- got free accounts and discussed AI language models such as ChatGPT, Google Bard, Microsoft Bing for instruction and learning,
- discussed what's involved in Prompt Engineering,
- created a Padlet wall/Wakelet collection to curate their session course work.
- attended the weekly Zoom meeting,
- watched a recording of the presentation: Journey of Words & answered reflection questions,
- posted their AI images & reflected on how they could use them in class in a collaborative Padlet,
- designed a lesson plan to integrate AI-generated art,
- shared & socialized a lesson plan to integrate Ai generated art in a collaborative Padlet.
