Quiet Town A first glance upon the small houses and you would awe. The small decorations and cute set up would make anyone smile. But within the fragile china was something... unsettling to say the least.
The earth shook the houses as the person walked by once more. It's eyes simply taking a glance at the neighborhood before continuing to walk. The houses were empty to him. Nothing in sight. But to others it was a ominous warning. One should know not to keep resting places in their houses.

The floor boards would creek and groan ever so often, as the small dog walked warily, tail between legs, shaking. It's golden eyes darted everywhere out of fear as it approached the stairs leading towards the dining area. The nicely kept house was terrifying to the small creature, as it padded quietly towards the kitchen which held it's food bowl, it heard it.
The shadows moved swiftly and swirled around the house, almost as if it was dancing. The dog moved its back to the end of the counter, it's ears flattening and teeth baring. The shadow's seemed to morph into a new entity entirely, the ragged, beaten down skull of a kitten seemed to float as it stared at the pup.

The jaw on the skull dropped, it's bones cracking and crumbling under it. It was time for a new one.
The human stood there, crying in it's hands as it's forearms laid on the island. It's child had died. Skull and head ripped away, leaving a bloody mess of muscle and fur behind. The loud sirens had echoed through out the larger neighborhood as they talked with the human.
It's case was tucked and locked away. Never to be released to public, for fear it might cause panic. Whilst the human opened another bottle of Tequila, the entity sat crouched. Staring at the human, it's claw like hand held up in front of the skull, clutching onto a torn ear one could assume was from an animal.

The floorboards groaned and shifted. But this time no dog was walking stiffly, in fear of being torn to bits and pieces. No. The claws made small scratching noises on the wood and the skull bobbed up and down. The shadows morphed behind it., moonlight casting on the entity making it's figure clearer.
The jaws of the pup opened and closed as the entity scraped off bits of the wall. The skull shifted and it vanished within the depths of plumbing and foundation.

Friends would appear soon, it must not wait any longer.
Have a good day. The human nodded. Giving the shorter one a smile as it walked outside once more. It planned to take a walk. Just a short one. Get it's head cleared up, aye? It walked down the twisted paths of the forest. As it went deeper and deeper tho, so did the skull showing entity. It's rib cage showing through out it's silk like skin, the jaw of the bull elk moving and waving loosely and it forced itself into the skin. The pelt bunching up against the neck as it's hind legs kicked and scrambled, forcing it's way into the discarded skin.
The human found it tho, but instead of running it watched, pity in it's eyes. Come here bud, I'll help you. The scratchy voice said, it's hands grasping the entity's flank. It thought it was merely stuck, it was in need of help and after the events of the last seven weeks, it couldn't just let it die there. As it helped the elk break free, it turned. It's face had scratches on it and one side of the antler was broken into two, the second part loosely hanging on by a threat of bone marrow. C'mon bud, you alright there? The human patted it's head. Smiling softly as it turned to walk back home. Feeling better. Failing to noticed the blood covered wolf skull with bits of rotting flesh stuck on it.
The elk sat there laying in the back yard. The human had taken it home against his neighbor's wishes and kept it in the yard. It would take it to the vet soon, but not now. It was busy now.
The entity's friends were impatient, and so was it. It got up and paced around the length of the yard, it's jaw still open loosely but not showing any bones. It didn't want this body nor this skin. It wanted to be out. It's friends have been waiting for months now, knowing they we're to be livid if it could not succeed.

The new moon blacked out the night as the teeth scratched at the door. The entity's new skull's jaw cracking and front teeth chipping as it broke away the door, blood pooling at the bottom. Hoof's were not the most stealthy, therefor the creature had taken matters in it's own hands. More blood lay splattered around the house and it's bloody footprints made imprints on the once shiny and beautiful flooring. The hoofs of the elk lay scrambled in a mass of blood, awaiting for nature to take it's course in either the form of a hungry crow or carnivorous plants.
It walked up the stairs and to the bedroom which the human laid, tucked away and safe. It's mouth opening to horrific extents as it bit away at the door, it's eyes goggling and rolling around, useless and not needed. The door broke as the human snapped up, eyes widening in fear as it let out a choked sob. It was faint, too horrified to make a move as the entity approached. It's teeth clacking together as it neared the human, eyes now rolling back towards the normal position to stare at the human.

Hands moved neatly as the human bent down to gaze upon the little neighborhood. Small noises of claws scampering appeared as the skulls popped out from different corners. The human smiled, one of it's hand's severed and an eye completely gone, it took a knife and slowly slid off a piece of his hand. It's eyes flickering towards the small entity's as it placed it down, watching them scamper towards it and eat.
Eye trailing down towards it's leg, it clacked it's teeth together. It continued to remove bits of pieces of it's body. Placing them down for the entities to eat eagerly.
it would need a new body soon.
