Vanilla Cake Pops
Shortbread
Ingredients:
- 300 g flour
- 30 g food starch
- 225 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 225 g milk chocolate
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients and the butter until it becomes a grainy mass.
Place it in a baking pan (33x23cm) and press it down. Prick a few times with a fork and bake at 160 dregrees Celcius for about 35 minutes until the dough has taken on a golden brown colour.
Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath and pour it on top of the shortbread. Put it in the fridge until the chocolate has solidified.
To serve, cut out small rectangles with a knife.
