I have made friends for life on the music course. The past four years have been truly wonderful. The lecturers have been so generous and helpful in all they've done, helping us hone our skills as musicians and performers.
Hi! My name is Heather McGrath I am in my final year in the BA (Hons) music course in WIT.
I came to find my passion for music at the age of 11, when I penned my first song. I have continued to write over the years and have quite a portfolio of work! In September of 2018, I released my first single.. "Intoxicate Me".. Check out the Spotify link below to hear it :D

Eimear Dignam
My Name is Eimear Dignam and I am in my final year of BA (Hons) Music degree.
I have a great interest in sound engineering and music technology which is why I decided to choose Music Tech as my Minor subject as part of my final degree. Here are a few examples of my work below.
Furthermore I have a love of composition and creating abstract soundscapes through the use of ProTools and Sibelius.
I've made some incredible friends and memories throughout my four years.
When I finish my degree I intend to apply for a MA in Music Production and Sound Engineering and try to get as much work experience as possible. I would also like to get back on stage and get more involved with local Musical Theatre groups.
My name is Killian Browne, a fourth year in the BA (Hons) music course majoring in Performance and minoring in Composition.
Through college, I discovered a love for Jazz piano that will undoubtedly continue for the rest of my life. Everything I have learned from my lecturers has proved invaluable. I also developed a passion for teaching, which I have made a considerable part of my life and vocation as a musician. Here I am during Piano day in Waterford doing some street teaching

I have begun my career as a piano and guitar teacher and plan on continuing my musical education at WIT on the Masters in Performance course.
I took up classical guitar in my first year of the course & loved it so much that I switched it to my main instrument thanks to the support of my tutor Michael O' Toole.
