I think that the cup with the tinfoil around it will stay warmest the longest, the cup with the bubble wrap will drop temperature slightly and the cup with nothing will drop temperature the quickest.

Wrap one cup in tinfoil, one in bubble wrap and leave the other cup with nothing.

Add 250ml of boiling water into each cup. Use thermometer to record initial temperature. Set a timer for 6 minutes.
