The Joint Commissioning leadership Board listened to your feedback, and comments from professionals and parent carers , and came up with some new titles which we hope are better . If you have feedback on these please leave your comments on the next page.

Mental and emotional health
Family support for families on the neurodiversity pathway
The proposed new titles are ;
Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities
Transitions into independent adulthood

Activities and breaks
Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy
Emotional health and wellbeing support
Support whilst waiting for an autism or ADHD diagnosis assessment
