We are a group of students from Poland and we would
like to show you some Polish dishes that are really delicious and hopefully eco-friendly.
 
A typical Polish main course which is environmentally friendly:

Dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms
The dough
The stuffing
Sauerkraut – 900 grams
Dried mushrooms – 60 grams
White onion – 2 large onions
Oil – for frying
Salt – to taste Pepper – to taste
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
All purpose flour - 500 grams
Vegetable oil - 3 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 a teaspoon
Warm water - 250 millilitres
