Field Trip to Beakerhead

Once in the one and only Universe, there was a girl named Isla. She went to the most magical school called St. Gerard. She had a field trip today. It’s on a school bus but its like the most magical thing ever. We arrived at the magical one and only BEAKERHEAD. BEAKERHEAD had lots to see and learn. Isla had some friends called Leah, Sabine, Nicole, Isabella, Justin, Anika, Mia, Katerina and Scarlet. It was very sad that Nicole went to a different school :(. In BEAKERHEAD we first did like an unwrapping thing. It was full of plastic :/. And we did not finish at BEAKERHEAD but at school we did :0. And after I was a little happy that we were doing was like a big yoga ball game. After we were playing on a keyboard not a computer keyboard but a piano keyboard. I'm excited to make a robot-hold up but we don't get to make a robot, awwwwwww, nooooooo. Next we get to some gardening and when we were gardening we were also making dirt balls, wind chimes and we colored a picture of some things we saw when we were in the garden. I also got to plant something. But after me, Isabella, Katerina and Leah were making a little house and I saw a super cool house that's even our neighbour’s. And at last we're here at school and that's the end.&nbsp;

I went to&nbsp;Beakerhead. I had a fun time. I built a fort to survive. Katerina made it a good fort. Me and my teammates made a good fort. We try to make plants. We played lots of games. We tried the Tesla coils. We played games about the Tesla coils. We had lunch too. I wish we could go to the locker room. At first it was cold. And then it was warm.

On september 20th, 2018 me and my class went to Beakerhead and in my opinion it was awesome. So what we did first was that we went to see a keyboard that was attached to a tower with Tesla coils.  Next we went to section that had a lot of plants there. So at the plant section we made a seed bomb. I bet you don't no what a seed bomb is. Well I will tell you. It is a ball of dirt with sunflower seeds in it. So next was my favorite part.  We built a house out of scratch it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why&nbsp;I want you to go there. Oh, I forgot to say this at the start: you know how I said first we went to see the keyboard… well we actually unwrapped a saran wrap and in it, it had cool stuff.

On September 20th we left on are journey. After a few hours we got to Beakerhead. We started training to go to Adanac. First we played a game. We passed&nbsp;the surprise. And I got one yay! Then we played a piano that was attached to Tesla coils. It sounded really funny. Then we learned about plants, their growth and green roofs. We made seed bombs and wind chimes too. Finally we built houses. I tied the string and did the floor. But you know what? We weren't the best.&nbsp;

Field Trip to Beakerhead Grade 4 - St. Gerard School Sept. 20th, 2018 What we thought about it...

On September 20 2018, me and my class had a field trip to Beakerhead. First, we explored an electric keyboard that was connected to a tower&nbsp;with Tesla coils. Next we made seed bombs. I know, it sounds a bit weird, but, yeah. Seed bombs are seeds inside of some little balls. After that, we made wind chimes, except I didn't get to make one. Then, we made houses. We had to work together, except I was the only&nbsp;one who had an idea, and almost none of my teammates were helping. And that's all we did.

On September 20 me and my class went to Beakerhead. My favorite part about Beakerhead was when we had to build are own&nbsp;houses!! Did you know big towers could sing? They were called Tesla coils and it was so cool. Where we got very messy was when we were planting flowers. After that&nbsp;we made something called seed bombs. The seed bombs are made of seed, dirt, clay and water. At the beginning we had a ball taped with prizes. I got one. Beakerhead was all outside. It was windy and kind of cold but it was the best field trip ever.

Hello my name is Rowan and today I am going to tell you about my amazing adventure to Beakerhead where I trained to be an astronaut so one&nbsp;day I could fly to space. But first I had to pass three very important training stations. The first station was the Tesla coils and at the Tesla coils there were this big metal&nbsp;beams with a keyboard and we got to play the keyboard and it sounded so cool. The second station was the plant station and it was really fun because we got to make something called a seed ball and we also got to make our own garden with a lot of flowers and it was really fun. The last station was my favorite station and it was the building station and I liked this station because we got to work together. So what&nbsp;we did is we got to try and build our own houses with tarps and wood and some&nbsp;bricks and tree stumps and it was really fun. And that was my amazing trip to Beakerhead. On September 20 you won’t believe what happened . It was a normal day at school well I mean we were going on a field trip to Beakerhead but it still felt like a normal day but without the school work . We all got on the bus at 10:30.  We did a lot of things.  It was a fun day!  

At Beakerhead my friends and I did super fun stuff. First thing, we went to the Tesla coils. Tesla coils are a tower that plays music. The cool thing is we got to play the music that's hooked up to the Tesla coils. The next thing we did was that we made a seed bomb and a stick that has very cool stuff on it. Then we had lunch. Then we sang the cha cha cha cha cha cha in a train. Then we built a shelter. Then we went back to school. Finally it was home time.

Hello my name is Max. I’m going to tell you about my field trip to Beakerhead. We went on a school bus to get there. When we got there we played with a mouse in wrapping&nbsp;paper. After we played with Tesla coils with a keyboard. Then we planted plants in a rusty, old wheelbarrow&nbsp;with dirt in it. After we had a snack and then lunch. Next we built a shelter using bricks, wood, tarp, cardboard, and ropes. We built one of the best shelters.

I went to Beakerhead. I had a fun time. I built a fort to survive. Xavier made a good fort. Me and Xavier are good friends. Me and my&nbsp;friends made a great&nbsp;fort. We tried to make plants. We played lots of games. We&nbsp;tried to Tesla coils. We played games with the Tesla coil. We had lunch at Beakerhead . We got there at 11. We only got to do four things that Beakerhead. At First it was cold. And then it was warm.

We left the school at 10:15 AM and got to Beakerhead at 10:30.  And the first thing we did when we got there is that they gave us a saran wrap ball with something inside and Max got the prize. It was a small stuffed animal. Next thing we did is there were two Tesla coils connected to a piano so it became an electric piano and we each took turns playing the piano. The next thing that we did was build shelters out of cardboard, bricks, rope and other types of things. We then made some wind chimes out of sticks colored feathers and pinecones and we also made some cool clay stuff out of this type of sandy stuff. We also planted some plants and we watered them too. Then we waited for the other people and just played some games. Then they came back and we did one more activity and then left.  So we got back on the bus at 2:50 and got to school at 3:10 and that was our field trip.

Once upon a Beakerhead adventure the St. Gerard grade 4 class was on an adventure! Our first stop was the Tesla coils. There was a keyboard attached to the coils and you tried to make music.&nbsp; But it turned out like annoying noise. Our second stop was the garden stop. We made seed bombs and wind chimes. The seed bombs where seed, dirt, clay and water. You would just throw it in a pot and watch it grow. The wind chimes were made of wood, beads, string and feathers. Our third stop was loose pieces.&nbsp; As a group we built a shelter to protect us from the type of weather our group had on our card we picked. My group was Addison, Rowan, Myla and me. Our weather was extreme sun. We built a half tent half house. It was hard and it would have been easier with nail and glue but then it wouldn't be called loose parts then would it? THE GRAND END!

It was september 20th, 2018, when we had finally landed on planet&nbsp; Adanac my whole class was sooooooo excited to get out of the plane. But first we had to check if we had everything that we had put in our suitcases, and we did. Now all we had to do is to actually get out of the plane. yay! The first station was the Tesla coils. The Tesla coils were connected to a very unusual keyboard and it was like a never ending rock music. The second station was about learning how plants work. We made seed bombs out of clay powder, water, dirt and seeds. It was sooo fun! Then for the last but not least station, it was about how to make your own little house. We were separated into groups and the main goal was to have fun and try to make a house. Then it was time to get back on the plane but before we did we said goodbye to the very very very nice aliens. Here comes the sad part. We left and parted off the new planet we discovered in outer space !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to Beakerhead for our school trip. We went to coordinator and we played a game a dice and saran wrap. We then went to the Tesla coils. We played a piano and it made weird noises. And we went to the nature station to go make seed bombs. Seed bombs were made out of clay, water and seeds. Then we learned how to plant plants. It was fun. Then we went to make houses. It was fun too.

Boom our spaceship just landed on Adanac at 10:00 in the morning. It was very cold and windy. We have seven hours. There was a coordinator waiting for us her&nbsp;name was Carolyn. We started with a game there were prizes wrapped in Saran wrap. I did not win a prize but it’s ok. Then we went to these things called Tesla coils. They were connected to a keyboard. It did not sound good. We then moved on to a plant station. We did four things at the plant station. We made seed bombs, we looked at plants, we made wind chimes and we planted plants. Then we had lunch I ate a sandwich. After we were done we walked and made it to are area where we will build our little shelters. It is going to snow tonight!!! We had several materials to build our little shelter. I built my little shelter with Rowan, Myla and Sabine. It was awesome! How quickly seven hours passed! We had so much FUN but we had to go back on our spaceship and yelled BYE!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

On september 20, 2018 my class went to Beakerhead to prepare to go to Adanac. I loved it so much. We learned about the Tesla coils and we learned about seed bombs. I had a fun time there. We had to make shelters and it was super fun. It was my favorite part too. It was the&nbsp;best trip ever. I didn't make the cut to go to Adanac.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

In the middle of the Universe, there is a planet called Adanac, and there was a girl that was a totally cool pro, and her name was Leah Cub/Cubberley. Cub is for short. Well let’s get back on to the story. So Cub was on an adventure in Adanac. She traveled just on a school bus. Like that is so not cool so let’s change it up, we went on a cool jet that was like so cool. We went so high.  So, then we landed and our first adventure was about to begin! So, first we did the unwrapping thing of a ball and there was something in it. Then, we just moved on to the fart machine. It was so funny. Then we moved on to the garden where we just did gardening stuff.  And then we went to the building place so then we built a big house, which was so fun.
