How to embed Google Forms

Sign into Google Forms and create your form or quiz.

When you're ready, click on the SEND button in the toolbar, and choose the embed option <>. Copy the embed code.

Import the embed code into Book Creator and the form will be added to your page. Use the Inspector to toggle on/off the thumbnail image.
