FRITULE - RECIPE
PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
If the batter is too thin (if it can spill out of the spoon)
don't be afraid to add a couple more spoons of flour!
2. Take the batter out with two spoons,( with one you scoop the batter and with the other you help to drop the batter into the oil) fry the fritule in hot oil, the oil mustn't be too hot.
3. Once they get a golden shade
(it happens quickly, beware), turn them to the other side and let them fry fully.
If you're frying in a lot of oil, they will turn by themselves.
4. After they're done put them in a
bowl that has paper towels on the end,
so the paper sucks
up the excess oil.
5. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top, and enjoy!
