AN ISLAND HOME
The UK is located to the north of Europe. It is close to tectonic plates (north), so there are lots of mountains. The tallest mountain in Ben Nevis in Scotland.

Some major cities are:

- Birmingham
- Glasgow

Some major mountain ranges are:
- Snowdon.
- Tryfan.
- Glyder Fawr.
- Foel Fras.
- Grampions

The British Isles are a jigsaw because of it's borders and nations. Remember: The British Isles is both Ireland and the UK. The UK is only Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. Great Britain is like the UK, but does not include Ireland.

This is because, when humans arrived, there was a disagreement in terms of land, trade, and religion.
