ABOUT OUR PROJECT Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory suggests that all people have different kinds of intelligences and having one or more intelligences dominant makes them "smart". In teaching English, using different kinds of activities that refer to all kinds of intelligences will enhance the motivation and success of students. Taking this fact into account, the project aims at teaching some 6th grade topics in English course by using multiple intelligences activities. Ss will be classified in groups according to their dominant intelligences and prepare activities regarding their intelligences by using Web 2 tools. Moreover, there will be at least 8 activities for each topic. It is also aimed at developing all intelligences of students to some extent with various activities. &nbsp;

As a common work, we matched students with English verbs. There are 127&nbsp;students in our project. Therefore, students were matched with 127&nbsp;verbs. Students&nbsp;prepared posters about the V1 and V2 forms of English verbs. Then, their short videos were combined in order to make a common work.&nbsp;

Students prepared some videos about their last holidays. They used Chatterpix. Each students in this group wrote one sentence in Simple Past Tense. But it was rhymed with the previous sentence written in forum page. TRICK or TREAT How to play:&nbsp;&nbsp; Divide the class into groups/teams and ask them to think of a team name. Teams of 4 to 5 students seem to work well. Introduce the students to the different icons and what they mean. ‘Treats’ mean the students earn points for their team. A single ghost means that they lose half their points. Three ghosts mean that they lose all their points. Select a team at random to choose the first number. If their first choice is a ghost, don’t worry, they are very lucky! They lose no points because everyone is on 0 and they can choose again. This time is a little safer because one of the ghosts have been revealed. If they choose a question, any team can answer. The first team to offer to correct answer earns points for their team. The team who answered the last question chooses the next question number, but any team can answer the question. Repeat until all questions have been answered or all pumpkins have been chosen. Students prepared an activity about simple past tense in March. They told about their last birthday. While they were telling about it , the following questions helped them. When was your last birthday? Where did you celebrate your birthday? How many friends did you invite? What presents did you get? What did you eat and drink? How did you feel? Then according to their Works a game was prepared.

Firstly students wrote traditional drinks in their countries . Students became inspectors and&nbsp;asked Yes-No and Wh- Questions about the people they were assigned to in three pictures. First, they wrote their dialogues in forum page and then they prepared Toontastic videos about their dialogues. Their dialogues were combined in 3&nbsp;videos and 3&nbsp;activities&nbsp;were&nbsp;prepared in Edpuzzle.

They will move these pieces throughout the game. For every round, each player goes through one turn. All players start with their pieces outside, i.e. not on any space. On every turn, a player will "roll" the die by clicking on it. They will move their piece along the spaces on the board corresponding to the number shown on the die. When a player lands on a space, they have to look at the picture and create a sentence about it using the simple past tense. They can see a possible answer by clicking the "i" button on the upper corner of each space. If they gave a grammatically-correct simple past sentence, the player can have their turn in the next round. Otherwise, they have to skip the next round. All players continue in rounds until they have gone through all the spaces in the board. In the meeting, the mentor of this group used "RANDOM Name Picker" and all the students got&nbsp;&nbsp;their tasks. Because Bodily students learn by doing, acting, miming, dancing and doing they decided to prepare activities that they can use their body. Then students took their videos while they are acting daily routines.&nbsp; At the end,all videos of routines were combined, then prepared activities for all students.

Students took notes about their cities’ weather condition for a week day by day and wrote their notes in forum page. At the end of the week they prepared a chart about weekly weather condition of their cities.

Some breakfast food were distributed among student by using random name picker. Students searched for nutrition facts about the breakfast food and&nbsp;uploaded the photos of labels in forum page.&nbsp;They also wrote whether they were&nbsp;healthy or unhealthy.&nbsp;

In order to celebrate New Year, students were matched with each other by using team generater. Then they prepared cards by using canva or quiver and sent them each other as an email
