Method

1) Break 3 eggs inside the bowl.

2) Add 500 ml of milk.

3 )Add 250 g of flour and mix until the mixture is smooth.

4) Add one ladle of mixture to the frying pan.

5) Cook for 1 minute .

6 ) Flip your crepe with a spatula

7)Cook for about 30 seconds.

8) Your crepes are ready to eat.
