Method
1. In a large bowl pour 500g of flour and 500 g of water.
2. Add salt and oil.
3. Knead dough.
4. Make a dough layer with meat and roll it into a tube.
5. Place the tube on baking tray in a spiral form.
6. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Method
1. Cook the puff pastry in boling salted water, drain it and put it to dry on a clean cloth.
2. Mix half of freshly prepared ragù with the bechamel.
3. Spread a few tablespoons of ragù with bechamel on an baking tray.
4. Put a layer of puff pastry.
5.Spread the ragù + bechamel on the pastry and add the parmesan and other ragù.
6. Put another layer of puff pastry and continue with the ragù until you have 5/6 layers.
7. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Method1) Break 3 eggs inside the bowl.

4) Add one ladle of mixture to the frying pan.
5) Cook for 1 minute .
6 ) Flip your crepe with a spatula

2. Mix yolk with the sugar.

7. Prepare the custard scrambling the yolk, white eggs, sugar.
8. Pour the flour and the milk.
9. Cook the custard for 5 minutes.
10. Chop the "sospiri"in two and fill with the custard.

4. Take a large skillet and grease it with oil.
5. Spoon 2 or 3 tabletspoons of mixture onto the skillet, spreading it a round.
6. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
7. Flip with a spatola and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.

Method
1) Make a "soffritto" , warming oil with onion, celery and carrots for 5 minutes.
2) Mix minced pork meat and beef with soffritto and brown for about 10 minutes.
3)Add tomato sauce and cook for about 2 hours.
4) After this step, put a large saucepan with water on the cooker
5) Add a spoon of salt
6) Cook pasta.
7)When pasta is ready, drain it.
8) Add meat sauce, parmigiano and serve it .
Enjoy your meal!!!!!
