KA1 Erasmus project "SHARING TO COMPARE WITH LEARNING AND IMPROVING" was activated in the school year 2018-19 to enhance the methodological and linguistic competences of both teachers and administrative staff of our school. It involved 25 participants and was divided into two phases:
1.a structured two-week course in Ireland aimed at the language training and CLIL methodology of the teaching staff and at the linguistic and intercultural training of the administrative staff.

2. Jobshadowing activities in Spain and England. These activities involved 12 participants including teachers and staff to discuss the CLIL methodology and an innovative methodology for teaching classical languages, the so-called Natura or Direct method and the CI method (Comprehensive Input).
The teachers participating in the Jobshadowing activities were selected according to the subject taught and the need to activate Clil courses, among those who participated in the structured course in Ireland.
Project's objectives
1. implementation the English language
2. learning new teaching systems that contribute to the renewal of the education and training system
3. analyzing the teaching material, know how to evaluate it, adapt and design for the teaching of non-linguistic subjects in English
