In order to evaluate the impact of the project on school, teachers and administrative staff, the project team carried out two surveys involving all participants: 1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A survey requested by the Erasmus National Agency, whose results were included in the final report; 2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A survey prepared by the project team which was administered 9 months later to assess the medium/long term impact of mobility. The data emerging from the analysis of the responses to the first survey made it possible to draw the following considerations: -Almost all of participants expressed themselves largely satisfied with Erasmus+ mobility experience(94,59%). - Participant feedback on institutional impact is very positive.

&nbsp;The teachers participating in the Jobshadowing activities were selected according to the subject taught and the need to activate Clil courses, among those who participated in the structured course in Ireland.

The training experience and job shadowing activities stimulated all the staff to adopt new teaching approaches, web tools and elearning tools 2.0 (84%) which were very useful especially during the Covid emergency.

The second survey was aimed to have a feedback of the medium/long term impact of the mobility according to the objectives of the project. Most participants(72%yes, 28% enough) succeded in implementing the English language thanks to the structured course in English in Ireland and jobshadowing activities in Spain and England.

The opportunity to share the knowledge acquired with colleagues, use new teaching/training methods, approaches and good practices, reinforce a positive attitude of sending institution towards sending more staff on teaching assignments, job shadowing or training abroad, strengthen the cooperation with the partner organizations were all rated with a very high level of satisfaction (81,08%- 91,89%).

Most participants state that the mobility helped them improve their educational strategies by learning good practices abroad. 

Analytical skills, organisational / management / leadership skills&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; emotional skills were largely improved and 76% of participants found the activities very suitable.

68% of participants think their experience abroad affected motivation in carrying out their work and almost all of participants followed more than one training course after the end of mobility (especially etwinning and language course).

More than 70% of participants think the training abroad had a positive impact not only on their own classes but also on other colleagues and classes, increasing the satisfaction level of parents and school reputation.

KA1 Erasmus project&nbsp;"SHARING TO COMPARE WITH LEARNING AND IMPROVING" was activated in the school year 2018-19 to enhance the methodological and linguistic competences of both teachers and administrative staff of our school. It involved 25 participants and was divided into two phases:

- As for participant self-evaluation survey, more than&nbsp;half of participants believe they have improved their career and employment opportunities (51,35%), and&nbsp;improved their knowledge of the subject they are teaching and/or their professional field (51,35%). A positive feedback comes from the questions related to the opportunity to gain practical skills relevant for current job and professional development (75.68%) and&nbsp;improve awareness of methods for assessing(72.97%).&nbsp;

2. Jobshadowing activities in Spain and England. These activities involved 12 participants including teachers and staff to discuss the CLIL methodology and an innovative methodology for teaching classical languages, the so-called Natura or Direct method and the CI method (Comprehensive Input).
