You need this:

1/2 pk yeast
3 dl lukewarm water
2 tablespons oil
About 7 dl fluor
1/2 salt
Fill
About 100 g minced meat
5 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
3 dl grated cheese

You do this: 1. Put the oven oven at 220 degrees and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Sprinkle some flour on the worktop and roll out the pizza dough. Lubricate on a fairly thin layer of pizza sauce.
3. Add ham chunks and minced meat.
4. Sprinkle over grated cheese hold again some cheese to have on top.
5. Roll the dough into a sausage from the long side.
6. Cut the sausage into slices about 2-3 cm thick.
7. Place the pizza spins on the baking tray with the slice side up. Be sure not to put them too close together.
8. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and allow the spins to rise for half an hour.
