The first step in building towards your dream body is improving your eating habits. Everybody's bodies are different, so the best thing to do is consult with a dietologist about the best opinion. One thing is sure- stop junk food! Maybe not necessarily stop it, but at least reduce it to the minimum.

Always keep in mind that a healthy diet has absolutely nothing to do with starving! Starving brings more problems than it solves! Everyone would think that a healthy diet consists of plain and boring food, but in fact, it could be very very delicious. A healthy diet means a balance between the tasty and healthy. Your healthy diet should be a part of your everyday life and not just there for a while!

First of all, you should figure out which body part you would like to train the most. Then figure out if you'd like to go to the gym or prefer taking up a sport. You can also train at home! Just look up videos or routines that suit you best. A very fun exercise is dancing! Trains every muscle of your body and it's fun! A sport you could take up is swimming, it's very easy to learn, refreshing and it's not sweaty!

Sport also helps with mental health! You may not know but there is a link between lack of movement and depression. It strengthens your muscles, keeps your immune system on track, and reduces the risk of heart attack! The best thing is, even if you decide to train at home, you don't need any special equipment whatsoever. You can train once or twice a week, or more, depending on your endurance.
Every body type is beautiful,
but not every one is healthy!
