I think that's kind of true, although I don't really support these things. But with most of the questions, I agreed on the test that they matched my character.

Frequent walking or mountain walks are very important. Not only will it calm you down and you will come to the other thoughts, but you can even get to know your friends or family better. Therefore, my loved ones and I enjoy a minimum of an hour's stay outdoors, if the weather permits.
Move your body
In order to relax and be at least a little on the move, I recommend running in nature. The best form of this sport is to go alone and enjoy moments only with yourself. Every day an hour is enough and believe me, it will tune in beautifully to your day and make you happier and more productive.
When I'm in the mood, I like to work out with some YouTube videos, too. It makes you feel great that you're doing something for yourself, even though it's really difficult in this situation.
Healthy food
Sports and a healthy lifestyle also include, of course, food. My healthy way is to eat small portions more times a day. It makes me a lot happier knowing that I'm trying to do my best for my body.
