PE at home!?! In Physical Education, we want our students to learn why they need to be physically active, especially now! We want our students to learn how they can be physically active, even with limited choices and equipment. With this knowledge, our hope is that our students will be empowered to be physically active and in addition learn new skills to be able to participate in new activities!

I am proud of this assignment because I am able to do a lot of workouts and felt good at the end. 

This is my favorite assignment because I like running and I was able to do a lot of running.

This assignment was my favorite because it took like 10 minutes to figure out  how it worked then another 10 on what was the correct answer and all my class mates were laughing and it was a funny time.
