Weekly Workout / Fitness Chart / Video

PE at home!?! In Physical Education, we want our students to learn why they need to be physically active, especially now! We want our students to learn how they can be physically active, even with limited choices and equipment. With this knowledge, our hope is that our students will be empowered to be physically active and in addition learn new skills to be able to participate in new activities!

I am proud of this "Fitness Chart" because I did more push ups than I normally do, and that boosted my confidence in P.E class to try to do more.

If you won $1,000 what would you do with it?&#160; If I won $1,000 I would save it for school. Now you may be wondering why save it when you can spend it well here is my opinion. If I save anything I can for school, I will then graduate hopefully with a good degree, and with my dream job hypothetically speaking. Then from there, I would work and get the money back with even more then what I paid for school, but still be happy with my job too.
