Not exactly sure if it helped. I'm not in a bad mood often but it was refreshing to get some fresh air more often. If I was in a bad mood I'm sure it would have somewhat helped.

Here are some of the things I'm grateful for
I'm grateful for having a good life, having great parents, living in a nice country, for all the nice things I own and for living in a nice house.
I know this isn't a big list of things but I can't think of a lot more. That doesn't mean I'm not grateful for the things I haven't listed here.
