Lista de ingredientes
* 20 higos maduros, firmes y lavados.

* Una pizca de bicarbonato

*Una 1 1/2 de panela
.
* Canela, clavo de olor, entre otras especies, opcional.

*Agua

Para servir:

* Quesillo o queso fresco.
Preparacion


1. Cortar por la parte superior del higo.

2. Dejar el higo en agua todo un dia.

3. Cernir el agua y poner en una olla que tenga 2 litro de agua.

4. Poner una pizca de bicarbonato

5. Cocinar por una hora y dejarlos reposar por todo un dia

6. Retirar los higos al dia siguiente y poner la panela y 6 tazas de agua

7. Colocar los higos y volver a cocinar unas 2 a 3 horas

8. Se puede servir caliente o frio con queso

Preparation
