Dr. Seuss was born on March 2nd in 1904 in Springfield, Massachusetts.&nbsp; He was educated at Dartmouth College.&nbsp; Seuss served in the Army. &nbsp; Dr. Seuss wrote more than 50 books for children.&nbsp; He drew unusual creatures in his books. When he was in the Army he made movies.&nbsp; His first book was rejected 64 times.&nbsp; He was an illustrator and cartoonist.&nbsp;<br/><br/>
