Hello Boys and Girls,

I know you are missing all of your friends and your teachers! 
Well, guess what? We miss you all so much as well! We will be just amazed at how tall you will all have grown when we meet again! 

Here I am with my mobile phone. I downloaded an app called PEDOMETER and I am now counting my steps! I make sure to go for a walk every day after “school”! My phone tells me how many steps I have walked!  If you are not doing it already, try it with your family next time you are out for a walk.

Here is an Idea!
1. Check your heart rate before exercising. (Put two fingers on your pulse and count the number of beats in a minute).
2. Write it down.
3. Check your heart rate again after exercising.
4. Notice if there is a difference.

Everyone has to exercise because it calms you down and keeps diseases away, including high blood pressure and diabetes. Exercise also can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise can help a person age well.

Some excellent advice from Mariam Kheladze.
 If you live near a park go there sometimes. It’s ok just as long as you stay away from people. If the park is crowded don’t go. If you go to the park you don’t need to wear a mask! I went to the park and played football with my brother and Dad. So all you got to do is to stay safe and social distance. Bring hand sanitiser to the park just in case!

How to exercise at home:
Go on Google or Youtube and search ‘Fun and easy exercises you can do at home.’

Top Tips 
                        1. Search for calm music on Youtube (It's good          for sleeping as well.)
2. Look for apps with relaxing sounds 
3. Listen to people tell stories online. 
4. Eat healthily.                                        
5. If you have a skipping rope, use it. 
                        6. You can also do yoga, it's an amazing exercise for your mind as well.
