Gluten and Lactose/Dairy Free
You can often adapt a recipe to be gluten free by replacing the flour with gluten free flour and gluten free baking powder. This works well in most cake recipes, just make the mixture a little bit wetter than asked for to keep the cake from being too dry. However this doesn't work for dough recipes.

You can often adapt a recipe to be Dairy/Lacto free depending on your needs. Just replace the dairy in the recipe with a dairy free alternative such as any Lacto free milk, butter, yogurt and cheese or dairy free, such as coconut, oat, almond products.

Multitasking Recipes

The burger recipe can be used to make several different meals. Use the basic burger recipe to make:
1. Meatloaf - Press the burger mix into 2lb loaf tin lined with foil, fold the foil over the top and bake in the oven at 180oC for 50 minutes. Slice and serve with mash and veg.
2. Spaghetti and meatballs - Divide the burger mix evenly into 12 balls and bake on a foil lined tray in the oven at 180oC for 25 minutes. Make the basic tomato sauce from the pizza recipe. Add the baked meatballs to the tomato sauce and place on top of spaghetti. This will make 4 portions.
