Preparation of ''mlinci'' (a kind of flatbread):
Knead the dough from flour, eggs, water and a little salt.

The dough is divided into several balls, and a flatbread is rolled out of each ball. Each flatbread is baked separately in the oven at 175 ° C until golden brown. Finished flatbreads are broken into smaller pieces and boiled in boiling, salted water.
