Pumpkin with honey
Ingredients:
- a pumpkin
- a glass of honey
How to make it:
1. Core the pumpkin
2. Cut it in medium big peaces
I like it because it tastes yummy! It has this sweet-nut and pumpkin taste. Thatˋs special about it.
3. Bake it for 30 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.
4. Distrube the honey on the surface of every piece. If you like it sweater,you
can distribute more honey!
5. Then add some walnut

Roast with dumplings
Ingredients
Recipie
3 garlic pieces
1 1/2 of roast beef
Season the roast with salt and pepper, then smear with mustard.
1/2 Liter red wine
2 onions (chopped)
1/4 Liter „broth“
Heat the oil in a casserole and sear the roast on all sides.
Salt and pepper
2 spoons oil
mustard
Then deglaze with the red wine and reduce. When the wine is almost reduced, add the cloves of garlic and onions and fry with them. When they are lightly brown, add the broth.
It’s so special because my dad does it every Christmas and it’s like a little tradition.
It’s my favourite food for Christmas because it’s so yummy and way better than in school!
Place in the oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a closed pot for 2 hours. Check again and again in between and add water if necessary.

Finally, season the sauce with salt, pepper and mustard and thicken.

Potato dumplings and red cabbage go well with it.
