Pumpkin with honey

Ingredients:

- a pumpkin

- a glass of honey

How to make it:

1. Core the pumpkin

2. Cut it in medium big peaces

I like it because it tastes yummy! It has this sweet-nut and pumpkin taste. Thatˋs special about it.

3. Bake it for 30 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.

4. Distrube the honey on the surface of every piece. If you like it sweater,you
can distribute more honey!

5. Then add some walnut

Roast with dumplings

Ingredients

Recipie

3 garlic pieces

1 1/2 of roast beef

Season the roast with salt and pepper, then smear with mustard.

1/2 Liter red wine

2 onions (chopped)

1/4 Liter „broth“

Heat the oil in a casserole and sear the roast on all sides.

Salt and pepper

2 spoons oil

mustard

Then deglaze with the red wine and reduce. When the wine is almost reduced, add the cloves of garlic and onions and fry with them. When they are lightly brown, add the broth.

It’s so special because my dad does it every Christmas and it’s like a little tradition.

It’s my favourite food for Christmas because it’s so yummy and way better than in school!

Place in the oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a closed pot for 2 hours. Check again and again in between and add water if necessary.

Finally, season the sauce with salt, pepper and mustard and thicken.

Potato dumplings and red cabbage go well with it.

Ravioli with Pumpkin Filling

Ingredients:
300g durum wheat fume
100g durum wheat semolina
4 eggs, size L.
olive oil
50g shallots
150g butternut squash
80g ricotta
salt and pepper

Filling: Chop the shallots and cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and steam the shallots. Add the pumpkin and steam with it. Add the ricotta and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dough: Knead durum wheat steam, durum wheat semolina and eggs into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough thinly and place the filling in small heaps on the dough. Cut the ravioli out of the dough, fold up around the filling and press the edges together with a fork.
Cook the ravioli in gently simmering water for a few minutes until they float in the top of the pot.

This is my favourite meal for Christmas, because I like the taste and it is so special because it takes a long time to prepare it.

Potato Knödels

You need:
600g Potatoes
80g potato starch flour
a little bit of salt and pepper
a little bit of nutmeg
1 egg
2 Spoons of butter

I like that food because it’s very delicious and with Roast and roast sauce it’s unbelievably yummy😍😀

1. Peel the potatoes and press them through the potato press.
2.Mix them with salt, pepper, the egg, the butter and the nutmeg.
3.Now make eight little balls with the dough and put them for 20 minutes in boiling water.
