This digital book is the outcome of the eTwinning project "Travelling in European countries" during the school year 2020/2021.
Five schools from different nationalities (Estonia, Greece, Poland, Portugal and Turkey) collaborated in this project.

• Encourage collaborative work and interaction among participating partners to reinforce the idea of team, unity and mutual enrichment.
• Strengthen students' skills in their social relationships, and develop their responsibility, autonomy and creativity.
• Use information and communication technologies to obtain, select and present information.
• Apply scientific knowledge
• To be aware of the peculiarities of different tourist regions and countries
• Enable virtual tours when real travelling is impossible. Travel budgeting.
• To value the foreign language and the languages in general, as a means of communication and understanding between people of different origins, languages and cultures.
• To foster collaborative work among teachers of different nationalities
WORK PROCESS

October: The introduction of the students, teachers and Schools
November: A video of the surrounding cultural, archeological, nature attractions Learning European countries. Preparing the list of countries and capitals, making international teams.
December: Forums for international teams will be created to let components interact and present in their teams. Logo proposals and a poll for selection of our project logo.
January, February: Research about the country and prepare a trip to the capital. Sights will be mapped to Google Map. Travel budgeting.
March, April: Doing the quiz related to the country (capital). Playing the quizzes.
April: A poll to highlight the best things in each product is also programmed. Assessment and a final video of the project should be made. Student’s work results will be presented by videoconference. Project evaluation.
