But nowadays (2019) the population is 328,2 milion in the United States!
All those non-Hispanics immigrated to the US - the “New World” in order to colonize the US.
The other 37,3% were slaves, who were transported to the US, because of the big lack of people for labour-intensive work on fields for example.
